Delivery
Vintage & Antique Furniture Items:
All of our pieces are delivered by our helpful, friendly couriers. We ask you to let us know in advance should you need them to go up flights of stairs or if you are in a congestion charge zone.
Pieces are wrapped and strapped for protection in a one-man van. Should you require a two-man service, this can happily be arranged for a small additional charge. Delivery can usually take place within a week if not sooner, dependent of where you are based.
We are usually able to hold onto pieces for a small amount of time if required.
Please note, you are able to collect a piece or arrange your own courier. In this instance liability of the piece will become the purchasers once leaving our workshop.
Our couriers are all third party and therefore we can not accept any responsibility for cancellation or rearrangement.
We aim to give you a minimum of 2 days notice of the day your item (s) will be delivered.
Deliveries outside of mainland UK will incur an additional charge. We can deliver to any country but please know additional Brexit and in country taxes chargers will apply.
Our Homewares Range:
Should you have purchased from our homewares range, unless a different delivery tariff has been selected, we aim for goods to reach you within 3-5 standard working days.
We use a range of different logistics companies and any issues with receipt once dispatched, should be taken up directly with the delivery company.
