Antique & Vintage Furniture

We aim to provide enough information and images upfront so that when your piece is in your home, you know exactly what you are getting. Please remember all of our items are preloved with signs of character and history and should be expected as such.

​All of our items undergo a rigorous quality assurance process before reaching you. On the rare occasion where you feel the need to return due to a fault, we will accept the piece up to 14 days after delivery in its original condition. Any return costs will be paid for by the returner.

A polite ask that you measure up first, taking into consideration any door frames and stairs that your item may need to be moved through as this is not accepted as a reason for return.

Not being available to receive your item on the communicated delivery day, is not an accepted reason for return and/or refund.

​Naturally commissioned items are non returnable due to customisation.

​Should you collect an item from House of H or use your own courier to collect, all liability will be on the purchaser once leaving our possession.

All queries relating to returning items first have to be conducted
in writing to customerservice@houseofhfurnishings.com

Damage, delay or partial loss:

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of the goods in transit must be made in writing to House of H Furnishings within seven working days of delivery. We shall be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made hereunder, and the Customer shall, if so requested in writing or verbally by Us, promptly return any of the goods subject to any claim and any packing materials securely packaged to Us for examination.

Returns:

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and free from defects as you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- You will need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Sale items and discounted items are non-refundable

All commission items are non-refundable.

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item to House of H Furnishings Ltd, these shipping costs are non-­refundable.

Refunds:

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your payment card (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (Usually within 5) depending on your card issuer's policies.
